Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel your booking, please do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled session to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session will incur a 25% fee of the total booking cost. This helps us cover reserved time and preparation for your visit.

No-Show Policy

We value your time and ours. If you do not attend your scheduled session without prior notice, a 50% fee of the total booking cost will be applied. This ensures we can keep offering availability to other pet owners and maintain the quality of our sessions. More than 2 no-shows may result in the refusal of future bookings.

Rescheduling Policy

If you need to reschedule, we're happy to help! Please let us know at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any fees. Reschedule requests made within 48 hours of the session will be subject to a 25% rebooking fee, depending on availability.

Vaccination Requirements

For the safety of all pets, proof of up-to-date vaccinations is required prior to any session. Owners must provide a copy of their vaccination certificate and authorize us to verify these records with their veterinarian or vaccination provider. All dogs must have gotten, at minimum, their second round of vaccinations and be at least 12 weeks of age. Falsification or intentional misinterpretation of a dog's vaccination status can result in session cancellation at the discretion of the service provider, and may be subject to a Cancellation Fee if applicable.
